I only get the drost effect under display capture and when under windows capture, I get a white blank area where the browser display area is - I do get the tabs and the ribbon bar at the top, but that is it. How do I change that?

I have windows 10.

Where would I find the log file if that would help?

Why are you using display capture?
And what browser are you trying to capture?

I am using IE. Why display capture? I am trying everything to try and get the software to work. It does not. Browser source is the only one that works.
