Question / Help Only connects with wireless

I can not connect to any servers (twitch) when I am using cable, but when I use wireless I can. I have turned my firewall off completely, opened the ports 80, 843 and 1935 and deleted all files and reinstalled OBS. This appears after I have tried connecting to the servers for exactly 25 seconds: " Could not connect to server. The connection timed out. Try a different server, or check that the connection is not being blocked by a firewall or other security software (10060). "

You don't need to open ports. It's possible you have done something to break your IP connectivity. Try setting your router back to defaults, remove any 3rd party filters / extensions from your ethernet interface and make sure any firewall /av / etc is disabled completely or removed.

:| agree@r1ch. also regarding ports you could try allowing tcp and udp to port 53 for resolving dns... also.. double check and make sure you have the right IP address selected under advanced>bind to interface. you can find out what adapters have what ip addresses by running a command prompt and typing ipconfig /all
