You can try updating your MB BIOS, but I am officially stumped. You can try upgrading your GPU, but I can't guarantee it'll fix your issues. It should at least help on the GPU side, but I'm not sure what the deal with the audio stuff is.

I was shocked to see a difference in CPU usage when not recording while streaming. I still had crazy FPS drops and was never consistent 30FPS which made the stream look like shit. I was just happy to see that I was only using about 9% CPU. Any idea on this since I wasnt recording while streaming?

Your recording settings are different from your streaming settings, which means you're using more CPU when recording+streaming then just streaming or recording alone.
