Question / Help One week afk and now i can't stream

Hello everybody, i stream everyday on Twitch.tv, i made a one week of holidays and since i'm back, i can't stream anymore.
I start stream it works for like 10 sec and then my bitrate goes down to 0kb/s

What can i do to counter this ? I already tried to use another server, rebooting PC, rebooting my box, uninstall-reinstall OBS...

Try to find a better server with JTVPing and also check your upload with a speedtest, maybe your internet has some problems or your upload was lowered for some reason (you need at least 0.6 MBit/s).
