I was wondering if OBS had a plugin for changing a sources x,y axis etc like you can do on xsplit, I've looked for one but I can't seem to find one, does anyone know if it exists? or if anyone plans on making plugin for it. In all honesty I'm not even sure if it's possible.

Do you mean editing a source's position and size by hand? There's not a way to do it in the OBS interface, but you can do it by editing the scenes.xconfig file in %appdata%/OBS.
The OBS rewrite will have better scene-editing options, such as manual pixel entry and such.
