Question / Help One Headset - PS4 and PC

Hi!

So I want to it like this. I want to be able to hear the music / teamspeak on the streaming computer but also the ingame sound from the PS4! At the moment, I dont give a crap about the party chat and mic on the ps4.

Astro a50 with this mixamp:

I have tried with optical cable to ps4 but that doesnt work, I think it is because the mixamp only has one input?

I used an optical cable with my a50 mixamp for 2 years with no issues. Not sure exactly what isn't working. Did you set the fade from the PC audio to Game audio (hold the buttons on the right ear) so you can hear both PC and Game audio at the same time?

It doesnt work. I have tried to change audio settings on PS4 when I have the optical cable in but it doesnt do anything, even when I change the settings on the PS4. I dont get any PS4 audio even with the optical cable in.

The mix controls are the side of the right earmuff. The whole panel is a button, press and hold the side that's marked "Game" until your PS4 audio fades in to the level you want. Make sure you don't go too far or the PC audio will be muted.

I don't use in-game chat on my PS4, so I'm not sure on that one. Check the audio routing settings on the PS4, should be able to set the output to optical somewhere.

Yeah I can hear the people talk! :)

But another issue I have noticed. I hear the game sound good, bad bass but I dont really mind. But the stream hears it kind of bad. No bass, the shots in bo3 sounds like Im shooting laser. And the bombs etc starts crack. Something you have noticed?
