Question / Help One Game Causes Bitrate to Fluctuate HEAVILY

So when I stream, everything is normally fine. I can play most games without problems. But, starting somewhat recently, whenever I try to stream Star Trek Online, I almost instantly get "ENCODER OVERLOAD" warnings, and then my bitrate drops to near zero, then will skyrocket to over 10k and back again. This will continue as long as STO has focus and is being displayed. If I uncheck the capture on the game (Happens on GAME and DESKTOP cap), everything sorts itself back out. This even effects the game itself and makes it near unplayable due to several seconds of input lag. I have not found another streamer that has had this problem. I highly doubt it is the game itself as I have reinstalled it twice in an attempt to fix it. So I am thinking it is OBS Studio. Not sure if I should try to use an older version or something else?

Here is my logfile from my most recent stream where it happened

Also, here is a quick video from the end of my last stream where you can see what the game does

Alright, So it seems that Gaming Mode was enabled for that game... Turned it off, did a test stream and all is well. Thanks Harold!
