Question / Help one frame per 5 seconds

I have tried a few times to record and stream minecraft, and it worked initially, but now I have no idea what is going on. I am basically getting one frame per five seconds on my videos, and dont know what I am doing wrong. Can anyone help?

You may have done the same thing as I have tried to do, which worked out horribly. Are you recording using Display Capture? For me I use Mac and Game Capture (Syphon) works out great for Rocket League.
