Once again and sorry for the mixup. Problems with switch.

I posted this once but i forgot about the log and then uploaded a similar problem without a switch connection that time.
This time, i played on switch and got the problem with the picture, so nothing wrong with the switch or the gameplay on the TV but in OBS and my stream it looks horrible from time to time.
That is the correct log while having the switch problem.
I am sorry for the confusion i caused the first time.

A little Update:
The Problems only occur on rather white or rainbowlike colorful Levels and backgrounds. Once i figured that out i realized it is always at the exact same things the capture card seems to be unable to send the video correcctly.
So if i play games without those things, there are no problems at all, no matter how long i play...
