I'm not sure what you mean. Can you post a video example of the problem, or at least a screenshot?

I've seen this before -- this is usually a bitrate/buffersize problem (where you set your bitrate to almost nothing and it can't keep up the encode). Post your log if possible.

why would you use such a custom buffer size? ...


i assume you got a really bad connection therefore your upload is bad since you try to stream with a 300bitrate on that kind of a resolution no matter what unchedk that custom buffer size and it should be kinda fixed also downsacle by a lot else people can see pixels only as soon as your picture starts moving

Your bitrate settings are the problem, here. Change it back to 300/300. Though really, if you only have 300 bitrate available to stream, you are going to get horrible results no matter what you do.
