If the sound is coming before the video, click the cogwheel on the audio source you are using and go to advanced properties, you will see there is a field called latency. There you can input amount of ms to delay the sound, so if you put 1000 ms the sound will be adjusted one second later.
If it is the video coming before the sound, right click on the source you're using and select filters. I'm on mobile and can't remember the name, but it's called something like sync or latency, and you can put the amount of ms to delay the video.
