Question / Help On my gateway comp (note*this is not a laptop) wil always show an error every time i try to reccord

Your graphics card does not have sufficient support for DirectX 10. It does not matter if you have newer versions of DirectX software installed; your hardware does not support the necessary features, and no you cannot do anything about it apart from upgrading it.
