OMEN Mindframe Prime Headset and OBS don´t work together

Hey guys,

So at the moment I have a little bit strugle with OBS. After a few minutes of OBS usage or changes in the settings, also using other programs, OBS chrashes and won´t start again. After a little bit of try and error, I found out that the Mindframe Prime has something to do with it. But why?
So for example: I try to close OBS, result is freezes in all programs and sound stops. It´s not possible to shut down the PC, it will remain in shut down phase. So you have to do a soft reset.
Can somebody help me? Or is it a problem that is known?

What you describe sounds like a driver problem. You may want to contact the manufacturer or see if they have updated drivers. Maybe try disabling any special effects like virtual surround sound or other audio enhancements.
