Old Hardware vs New Hardware?

I've been searching for a video comparison that shows the difference between an old setup ( hardware-wise) to the new set up so i can see i the difference between the two, if anyone has a video it would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately, you cannot compare hardware this way. The quality of a video doesn't depend on the "age" of some hardware, it depends on settings and encoders used.

That sounds good.. but for instance I'm a stramer who does a live podcasting and i have a great camera but the quality never fully translate to the streaming, what is that I'm doing wrong? should i get a stronger GPU something like a nvidia 1050 and above?
