Question / Help OK streaming pc + capture card recs?

hey guys so for awhile i was living in two households so i had two computers. So long story short now im living in only one for some time. So right now my main pc i stream on is as follows - i5 3570 stock speeds evga 660ti stock 8 gigs ram. So i stream at 3k bit 3k buf no issues with frame drops its all good. So my other pc isnt strong enough to stream at a level im ok with and it's as follows - i7 2600S 2.8 ghz 3.8 turbo boost + multithreading gtx 560ti stock 8 gigs 1333 RAM. Will that work as a streaming pc? im confident it will but i wanted to make sure. Also what's the cheapest capture card solution? I only want to stream at 720p 60 FPS 3k 3kish buf maybe 35k buf. Then 1080p 30fps for low motion games same bit and buf. With my i5 i stream veryfast just fine. So can you recommend good capture cards? if i was buying one right now i would get the Avermedia live gamer hd cuz alot of my fav streamers use it but are there any cheaper that can get it done? if not il save for the live gamer. Thanks!

If you don't need the passthrough and audio capture of the LGHD you can go with a Game Broadcaster HD instead.

And that weaker computer would probably be enough to work as a streaming PC. You can always just try it by streaming a video file to a private Twitch channel at the resolution/frame rate/bit rate you want to stream at.

The Live Gamer HD has a 3.5mm audio jack on it if you want to capture line audio with your video source. If you use a Game Broadcaster HD, you would have to capture line audio with your sound card's Line In port instead.

An i7 2600S isn't the best i7 out there at the moment but it is still really good and plenty fast enough for streaming.
