Ok so have OBS and VLC good to go
Added Source for my C922 - all good there

Trying to add a second cam (being phone)
went to Epoc App - downloaded on phone and on desktop. I have it working....now how in the world do I add it to OBS? I tried to look at doing a VLC Video Source which is what I thought it should be, but not sure? Please any help is greatly appreciated!

After this step is complete and added to OBS am I all set at that point?

Not sure why you'd think a live video source would be VLC? [sorry, my ignorance showing, I've heard VLC being used primarily for pre-recorded content]. And I'm not familiar with Epoch. Regardless, the issue is what does the Epoch desktop app enable? For example, if you use a video conference app (Zoom, Teams, Skype, etc), is the Epoch phone cam view on of your video camera options? If yes, then making sure you don't have another app grabbing the video input, I'd expect you to go into OBS and select a Video Source, and pick the Epoch app content... or something like that
The details depend on what outputs Epoch enables (ex NDI, or virtual cam, or ??)
