Question / Help offline installer ?

hi all,

i'd like to install obs [any of 'em, really...] to a win7 machine not connected to the internet.

when i try to install obs studio, i get the following [delightfully specific] error -
your system is missing directx components that obs studio requires. would you like to download them?
any ideas what, exactly, these mystical components might be and where i could get them ?

when i try to install obs classic, i get a different, but equally obtuse, error -
could not find any D3DCompiler libraries
anyone have any idea what that means ?

anyone have any ideas how i could resolve my issue ?

You need:
1) vc++ 2013 x86 and x64 (if you are running 64bit OS) dll.
(possible link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=40784)

2) DirectX (version 11 for win7).
(possible link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109)

Download this packages and install it before installing OBS Studio. Also, look at zip packages: https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/releases
