Question / Help Odd Audio Glitches in Recordings

Lately whenever I finish a recording and go back to watch it, I get what sounds like retro 8bit SFX. This has only been happening very recently (Maybe the past week? Maybe 2?) and I don't know what's caused it. I tried everything that I thought could've been the source of the problem, but to no avail.

It seems to be random (or maybe at a certain pitch/frequency???) and isn't the game, because I hear nothing like that while recording.

*Added a new video with more examples from the last recording. There weren't as many last time than in previous sessions.

You have a large number of missing or broken image sources. OBS is likely trying to load them and failing.

Is one of your media sources exactly 2:12 in length? Is it looping? Is it unloaded when not active? Asking because you said your artifacts were regular.

The only thing I understood about all of that was the unloaded part haha. I'm not too techy. Do I need to have all sources with the "unload image" checkbox checked off?
 
All of those are settings you choose when you add a media source. I'm not asking about image sources, only media sources (movies).

I have no media sources. Only images/gifs, browser sources and window/game captures. (Nothing previous shows up in media sources when I try to add a new one)
