Everything looks almost totally fine, I think most of the stuttering you've had was due to inability to sustain the upload more than anything else. You only have two physical cores though so that's kind of holding you back a slight bit in terms of encoding, and you're encoding 720p which will kind of be pushing it for that CPU a slight bit
