When recording on OBS, i tried the best settings recommended in a YT tutorial however occasionally the quality is still bad..

When screen recording a game, my browser and game tends to lag quite bad and I am worrying my laptop cannot handle it or something and I spent nearly a grand on this thing...

This is my laptops specs: http://prnt.sc/dpiyxd
My graphics card: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX960M

Example of the weird quality I get: http://prntscr.com/dpk4ly

Apologies for the badly written post, im not good with stuff like this and I would highly appreciate the help..

Use NVENC and use CQP for the rate control. Use a value between 15 - 20 (lower is higher quality, higher is lower quality). NVENC will offload the encoding to the dedicated encoder on your GPU, decreasing CPU usage by a lot.

You should post a log too, so I can have more information.

Thank you very much.

Unfortunately I have tried those settings and games still lag and the quality still looks very weird..

If it helps, here are some screenshots of the settings I have changed..
