Question / Help OBS's Monitor/ Window Capture displays a black screen. Help Please :(

Hi, so I've been using OBS for a little while now streaming steam games and Hearthstone with little to no issue. Recently however, I've been trying to capture game footage from the windows 10 Xbox app, so that I could stream Xbox One games with an audible party chat. The only way I can think to do this is to either use a Monitor or Window capture, while the gameplay runs, and stream it like that. Seem like that should work, but both Monitor Capture and Window capture comes up as a black screen when I try this. I'm fairly new to the Windows OS, and streaming in general, so I'm not entirely sure what I can do to fix this black screen problem. Here's a picture of what it looks like...

Normally I wouldn't include an image of a black screen, but I have a secondary question here too. I'm using a Razer Blade 2014 laptop which has a 3200x1800 resolution. This seems to cause OBS to be teeny tiny and hard to read. On top of that, the header bar pushes the drop down menus downward to the point where you can only see the tops of each word. They're still usable, but I'd prefer to have everything legible and a lot larger than it currently is. Is there a way to fix this?

Well, back to the main issue here... The strange part about not being able to use a window or monitor capture, is that when I stream hearthstone, I have been actually using window capture to display the twitch chat on my stream. I'm having a hard time understanding how this feature is working in one instance, and refuses to work in another. Anyway, I would love some help on this, and I apologize if this has been asked a million times, as I've read through the forums and tried solutions provided to other people in similar situations, but nothing has worked so far.

Here are my computer specs if it matters:

THANK YOU!!!!

So While the Monitor capture is now miraculously working thanks to Harold's tip, I still am unable to get window capture to work for this program. The Program is the Xbox App for Windows 10. I can capture things such as a web browser, but certain programs refuse to capture anything. I've tried using both the intel and the nvidia graphics cards, and neither will provide me with anything but a black screen. I can work with the Monitor capture if need be, but the window capture would be much more convenient. What would I need to do to get the Window capture to properly capture this Xbox App?

Also, 2nd minor question. I still can not figure out how to get the drop down menus on OBS to show up completely. I can only see the tops of the menu words. You can see this in the top left hand corner of both of the images both of the images that I posted. The file name just seems to bump the drop down menus downward. It's weird and I'd like to fix this if it's possible. Though this is not as important to me as getting the windowed mode to work properly.

Thanks again for the help. Here's to hoping someone will be able to help with this windowed mode problem! ::crosses fingers!::

So, does anyone on these forums know how to get Windowed mode to work in OBS when using a Laptop with Dual Graphics Cards? SPECIFICALLY with odd apps like the Xbox App for Windows 10. I can get things like web browsers to work, but there's something strange about the Xbox app... I have not been able to get it to work at all so far, so has anyone else on here have any luck in that area???
