Question / Help OBS's frames inconsistent for seemingly no reason.

I've dealt with OBS dropping frames due to say internet issues, but this is something else. There's zero dropped frames being shown at the bottom of the bar, but as I watch OBS it consistently jumps around from constant 60 to 45-57. It doesn't matter what game I'm streaming be it low or high demand OBS still lags. It seems the change is more recent, and I can't figure out why when I'm not doing anything crazy or demanding on my PC. I'd appreciate someone who knows their stuff be able to personally help if possible. Basically just working with me on a test stream and try and pin point what's going on.

There are a lot of wrong things in the log provided, here are just the main ones:

1) Multiple capture sources in the same scene, even if they are disabled, is never recommended. 1 capture source per scene collection is recommended to avoid most performance issues, as well as simplifying/reducing the amount of sources in each scene;
2) Your graphics card has an excellent encoder so it's recommended to use NVENC with Quality preset then disabling "lookahead" and "psycho visual tuning";
3) Rendering lag will occur regardless of settings if you don't cap your FPS with VSYNC, ingame frame cap or Rivatuner.

For testing purposes, after setting up 2) and 3) you can try creating a complete new scene collection with only 1 game capture source + camera to check if any issues arise.
