Just curious - how does any of that apply to OBS Studio, the free open-source software made available on this site?
note there is no hardware, nor mobile apps (iOS nor Android) made by developers of OBS Studio, that I'm aware of
Isn't OBSBot an unrelated hardware company, making cameras? And are you trying to connect their USB webcam to an iPhone?
- how do you plan to power the webcam as the iPhone certainly won't be outputting that much power. Having looked into connecting a USB SD Card reader to an iPhone or iPad, I'm aware of some of the constraints (challenges, thanks Apple). If I'm understanding your question correctly, I suspect an Apple iPhone specific forum is your best best. I suspect you'll be more likely to be successful, if at all, on a M1 iPad Pro with native USB-C port.. (or a future iPhone (2024?) with USB-C and a powered USB hub?? maybe - still have the issue of iOS driver support)
