obs64.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point IsWow64Process2 could not be located in
the dynamic link library E:\Programs on E\obs-studioi\bin\64bit\obs.dll.

obs.dll is there.

I uninstalled it, reinstalled, but of course it downloaded the latest, faulty one, so will not load.

It won't load at all, so can't get a log.

If you're on windows 8, you're attempting to use a version of OBS that is not compatible with windows 8.
If you're on windows 10, you're on a severely out of date feature edition of windows 10 that needs updating.

(I had only wanted to say I downloaded version 28.1.2 and works, I was not aware when I did the copy and paste (for the name) that it also took the link.) My apologies.
