These logs look to me like you are having a network issue (between you and the server) or else the server is disconnecting you.

Code:
21:12:35.327: ==== Streaming Start ===============================================
22:23:48.846: WriteN, RTMP send error 32 (396 bytes)
22:23:48.849: WriteN, RTMP send error 32 (117 bytes)
22:23:48.849: WriteN, RTMP send error 9 (42 bytes)
22:23:48.849: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Disconnected from rtmps://rtmp-api.facebook.com:443/rtmp/
22:23:48.851: Output 'simple_stream': stopping
22:23:48.851: Output 'simple_stream': Total frames output: 127731 (128168 attempted)
22:23:48.851: Output 'simple_stream': Total drawn frames: 127430 (128244 attempted)
22:23:48.851: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 814 (0.6%)
22:23:48.851: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 437 (0.3%)
22:23:48.852: Output 'simple_stream':  Reconnecting in 8 seconds..
22:23:48.852: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Freeing 1 remaining packets
22:23:48.853: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 11655/128209 (9.1%)

The log also looks like you are using the stock software encoder (x264) rather than one of the HT (GPU based) encoders. If you have an iMac or a MBP you should have access to the GPU based encoders. That is surely contributing to your encoding lag on the last line above.
