Question / Help OBS zooming

When recording in windowed mode obs seems to record just fine, but once I enter into full screen mode it zooms and cuts off half the screen. It was recording just fine last week and I can't figure out what has changed. Of course I don't have any log files from good recordings. The settings are the same from when I had stable recordings while in full screen. The log attached is from the latest recording that gave me issues.

Also I am running a triple monitor setup, but while recording I set game-play to 19020x1080 for improved FPS.
