Lately our stream's videos have been freezing every few seconds. I am not sure if it is dropped frames or skipping frames but it looks like the video pauses then jumps to the current part of the video. The audio carries on through the freeze. This even happens BEFORE I stream in the preview screen. I have a pretty beefy laptop and shouldnt have much issue.
We used our older laptop that was running OBS fine and now it is also freezing. Wasn't sure if it was the capture card, internet (ethernet connection), or OBS.
