OBS wrecks my keyboard layout while it's running

Since last update, while OBS is running, I can't write characters with modifiers such as ´ ` ^ ... Locking me out of writing vowels with tildes, such as á é ó, which are needed for correct Spanish spelling.

Running Windows 10, Spanish Keyboard with Spanish layout

I have the same problem.
Windows 11, Portuguese keyboard with Portuguese layout, also can't write "´ ` ^ á é etc." while OBS is running.
