Question / Help OBS works only in Admin account

Hi,

I have downloaded OBS in order to record four Logitech C170 cameras in parallel.
I use windows 7 professional , service pack 1 (64-bit).
My OBS version is: "OBS-Studio-23.2.1-Full-Installer-x64".
As a first step, I tried to apply a parallel recording using 2 of the 4 cameras.

My problem is:
I can see the two cameras in parallel and manage to record well when I log in as an administrator.
However, when I log in as my lab user account, I can't see any of the cameras through OBS.
Also, when I try to open the cameras through Logitech, I see nothing (from my user account).
I should mention, before I installed OBS, I could see and record from all 4 cameras through Logitech (separately) using my lab user account.

Here is my Last Log File from my user account (where I don't see the cameras).
Here is my Last Log File from the admin account (where I see the cameras)

Thanks!

That would seem to indicate that the administrator account has privileges user account does not have.

Advising to run OBS as an admin is a common workaround for similar issues.

Thank you. Running OBS as an admin might create a security breach.
Is there any way to find out which account privileges one should need to run OBS in user account?
Thanks again
