Hello guys
So I have this very weird issue where when I go to stream my stream will run just fine but my Game will slowly lose frames (Starts at 120 locked, will end up @30 or below). I thought it was a cooling issue but alas my temps where low 50C for both the GPU and CPU. Once it reaches this point i have to restart the machine in order to return my performance to normal. I can record in OBS just fine but when i stream i see these issues. this process takes around 20 minutes before i reach 30fps from 120 fps. I have no issues running the game while i'm not streaming. i can even lock at 144 frames but chose not to.
Also. It looks like my GPU starts to give up as i lose frames. The Utilization will stay @100% and slowly go down to 30-25% same goes for the power and CPU. 'm not too sure what else i can do. it truly seems as if my machine can't maintain the level of workload i'm putting on it. but to reach 30fps is crazy. and as i said my OBS stream is just fine, no dropped frames or anything.
