Considering how monitor capture behaves, that is normal.

what mean you can you it easy explain? i have a 16:10 resoloution and only 1 monitor

i have it one a 1440:900 resoloution tested but the Problem is worse

That doesn't matter. Because you're using monitor capture and OBS is on your monitor, it will display the OBS window.

If you're doing something that doesn't actually require monitor capture (Only paint programs like illustrator and such require it) don't use monitor capture.

mean you with the Monitor Capture the Monitor recording? if i take game recording Sound is available but i see a blackscreen in the stream and in the recording

Then post your obs log from when you tried to do game capture.
