Question / Help OBS wont Window Capture Skype

So I was having issues with my skype camera being used by another app. fixed that but in the process I messed something up cause now when I try t window capture skype, I just get a black screen. other window captures work. it wont capture my browser but i really need it to capture skype dont care if it captures anything else really. I have searched and tried everything. even uninstalled OBS, which I really hated to do that but it was for no avail. is there a permission or something i turned off or something? i dont think it is an OBS issue. But who know.. PLEASE HELP!!!

Which Skype version are you using? If it's from the Windows store, it's impossible to window capture it. Use the desktop version if you haven't.
