Question / Help OBS Won't Stream?

i iv bin streaming with obs for sometime and and its always worked in the passed and as of last night i can't stream only record and i don't seem to know why can anyone help me out?.
and i don't have any programs running at all it wont connect to twitch at all i don't even see my Kb/s on the bottom
of the obs player it just stays at 0 kb/s

Twitch expired everyone's passwords and stream keys due to a security breach. You will need to reset your password and stream key to stream to Twitch. More info here: http://blog.twitch.tv/2015/03/important-notice-about-your-twitch-account/

http://www.twitch.tv/dashboard - That's where you go to get your stream key once you are logged into the site again.

sign in then go to dashboard>stream key> reset key
