Question / Help OBS Won't stream

I don't know why, but OBS won't stream for some reason. Help? Do I need to download something? Hope there is something I can do so I can stream. My other computer has Directx 11 as well, but it's a single core, and bad for streaming

What if I hooked it up to a computer that's not too old? Because this ones has the processors, but the other one is new. Do you think it could have a possibility to work?
