OBS Won't Stop Recording

So basically, OBS is currently stuck and not stopping recording. I've uploaded the log here. I've also attached a screenshot showing that it's stuck on a paused indicator. The 3:20:xx.xxx sections of the log are consistent with the end of my recording. The save file indicated at 01:23:50.839 does not seem to exist at the stated location. I am more concerned with recovering that file than anything else. I have left OBS active and will not be touching it without further instruction on this matter. This was a 2-hour recording. I successfully recorded 7:17 hours with the same system and settings the day before, so I'm not so concerned about the warning messages the log threw out as I am salvaging whatever I can of this file.

Just bumping this as it's been pushed to the second page and I've yet to receive a response.

Again, I'm looking for information on how to recover the mkv file.

I just registered to complain about this as well. I started having this issue from version 28.7 and it was absolutely impossible for me to record anything anymore, while previously I had no issues at all. So after looking around, and trying different things, I decided to downgrade to version 28.0.1 and seems to be fine. Although I still get this issue every now and then. Now I keep my recordings short, and I restart OBS after each recording. I hate having this issue and losing precious recording time without any way to recover it.

High framerate plus multiple audio tracks causes this issue.
Pausing can increase the problems with it.

I said I don't care about this sort of thing as I've successfully run these settings for far longer periods already. Moreover, I need both the high frame rate and multiple audio tracks for my specific use case. If anything, the issue was likely triggered because I had too much running in the background.

You need to listen to the advice in your signature - scroll back up and actually read the post. I've seen enough of your responses to other people in this forum that I'm not going to humour your condescending attitude. What I'm looking for are solutions to recover whatever I can of the file, as it isn't visible in the folder it is supposedly saved to. If you don't have a response to that, I ask that you refrain from responding.

If it's not visible in the folder then chances are the encoder crashed before it even started writing, in which case the file cannot be recovered.

It's a long standing issue with high fps plus multiple audio tracks that recordings are broken the way you describe it. There are similar reports every now and then.
As far as I know, the devs are aware of this, but as of now the only fix is to either record with 60 fps or with only 1 audio track.
