OBS wont stop recording

i trying to record videos and stream but when i hit stop streaming or stop recording it will continue to say stopping recording or stopping streaming i saw another support question like this were someone said to click the stop recording button again i did that and nothing happened so most the time i just close obs but then it doesn't save the video and when it dose it corrupts

Only use 1 audio track and it should fix it
