OBS won't stop recording

I think the issue is that my pc can not handle a 30min video (60fps) (1080p). I use mp4 which is not recommended but I want to be able to edit videos in sony vegas because sony vegas does not support flv and flv is the only other format that is supported with youtube. All the flv converters I have found have a max file size or downgrade the quality of the video.
(I am not certain if the log file attached is the right one)
if someone knows a flv to mp4 converter that does not have these problems let me know

I'm 80% sure that your computer will be able to handle 1080p60fps on games like minecraft, valorant, and fortnite, if you use NVENC encoder. If you have issues, you may want to change from "max quality" to "quality" since "max quality" can take CUDA cores (used to process frames) when "quality" only uses the NVENC encoder, which is separate from your game. You could also try using 720p60fps if you really have issues. Lastly, a good flv to mp4 converter is right in OBS itself. If you go to File -> Remux Recordings, you can change an flv to an mp4 easily, without losing quality from converters online or when using handbrake.
