Bug Report OBS wont stop crashing

Hello there my name is Roy (TheRoyalmi on OBS). I've had OBS for a few years now, and I was using it often until I downgraded my internet speed and I could no longer support gaming and running obs at the same time. A few months ago I upgraded my speed back to normal and updated my obs so i could stream again (right now it's 0.651b). I set up my scene to stream, but unfortunately every single time I would either start streaming or preview my stream, obs would crash within 60 seconds. A message would pop up either saying "Woops! OBS has crashed. Would you like to view a crash report", or a windows message saying that "OBS has suddenly stopped working". No matter what I do can fix the problem, and it's been this way for months. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting all of my saved stuff on it and starting from scratch, but that hasn't helped either. Does anyone know how to fix my problem? I would like to start streaming again, but I can't do it with this repetitive problem :l
