Question / Help Obs won't start

http://imgur.com/7Q888BD Can anyone help me? It says: ?_Ios_base_dtor@ios_base@std@@CAXPEAV12@@Z couldn't be found. I have no idea what this is, I can't start up obs. I don't have a log file because I can't even start obs.

Have you tried reinstalling?

Or installing as a portable app?

I did try reinstalling

I searched the exact same thing the error required on Chrome, and found a dll file that had the exact same functions as what obs was missing, should I install it?
