OBS wont start, even in safe mode

I upgraded my GPU today from 3060ti to 4070ti Super, all graphics drivers up to date ect but for some reason OBS now just crashed instantly on start.

It will load the window but totally white screen for a few seconds while not responding then will close.

Log file attached I'm not sure what I'm looking for so any help is appreciated!

I have figured out the issue but wont delete incase anyone has something similar.

Basically I was using the NVIDIA Audio Effects SDK for 30 Series Cards for my noise suppression. Upon upgrading to a 40 series card this was crashing OBS. So all I had to do was uninstall the SDK and install the specific one for the 40 series cards.

Just an FYI since you didn't mention it, do the same for the Video Effects.

I had the same issue with a white screen when launching OBS after a GPU upgrade. Turns out the NVIDIA Audio Effects SDK for 30 Series cards was causing the crash. Removing it and installing the correct version for my 40 Series card fixed it. Also, make sure to update the NVIDIA Video Effects SDK.
