Question / Help OBS won't start? Doesn't show in task manager

OBS doesn't show up in the task manager for more than a second from the initial click. I run it in administrative mode and it doesn't launch. I think it happened after the latest update.

No crash log, only this log.

I've tried :
downloading the update again from the website.
delete the global.ini

any other suggestions or anyone else who is experiencing this? what have you tried that i should try?

where do i update these websockets? i'm not technical in the slightest bit lol
