OBS won't start and get NVENC Codec Error

Hello,

I can't start OBS, I get an error message : NVENC Codec Error, I have updated the drivers, and have changed settings around NIVIA and x264 but nothing has worked, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled OBS.

497.29 is not up to date for a 1050ti.
do NOT rely on windows update/device manager for GPU drives. Get your drivers from nvidia directly.

Could you tell me exactly which driver needs updating? I don't understand 1050ti
I don't know what it is as driver.
 
Sorry, But I updates driver from NIVIDIA and still get the error code. Here is the new log. I don't understand what is wrong. Thank you in advance for your help.

Latest Nvidia driver is 531.79, so you have an old version.
Just get it from nvidias own site or use the handy GeForce Experience (also form nvidia). Only get this form the nvidia's own site.

Turn off HAGS

Remove that crapware of Norton and spybot. Don't visit sites with malware, don't download programs with malware.
You also need 8GB more of RAM or lower the output resolution to no more than 720 (480p even better) at 30 fps

Thank you. I will do all the recommendations. But Northon is a subscription, which I have not renewed.
 
You are still on the extremely outdated version of the nvidia drivers.
The current version of the game ready drivers for the 1050ti is 531.79
You are on 497.29

Download the updated version from nvidia and install it.
 
turning hags off requires a reboot of your computer.
and you are still on the old nvidia drivers.

497.29 is over 18 months old
531.97 (which we are recommending you get) is less than 2 weeks old
 
I reboot the computer after I turned off the hag, and I installed the driver from Nividia 531.97, so how is it possible still on old driver ? I installed the driver, how can verify why is not using the driver.
 
Ok, I started again the installation of the driver with Geforce, and it says that I am using the latest one 531.97, but the problem persists, here is the latest log

You didn't test it, just opened OBS.
Also, Norton and spybot are still present.
