OBS Won't run after the update

Hello there,
It all started when I updated OBS to the latest version. I tried to find solution but nothing worked.
This is everything I tried mentioned below:

• Update Graphics Driver
• Update Windows
• Installed older version of OBS
• Checked crash logs and it's saying something about kernelbase.dll (It's not missing in System32 I checked!)
• Uninstall and reinstall OBS
• Delete OBS folders and files

Update your Intel iGPU drivers. They are causing the crash, in the QSV module.
