For some reason I can't use my NVidia GPU and NVENC encoding with OBS and still be able to record with it. I have an AMD Radeon HD 8470D (Junk CPU) that uses x264 to encode and can't do high movement games, (Like CS:GO for instance, uses 93% of my CPU for some unGodly reason.) But that matters not, as I would like to solve the GPU issue. It doesn't record Fullscreen games or even Monitor Capture. But as soon as I change video adapter back to CPU it works fine.
What is the problem with using a GPU as a video adapter? Is that the problem? Do I need a better CPU? (Probably yes.)
