OBS wont record mic audio unless on the same audio track

My obs wont record any of my mic audio unless its on the same track as my application audio. It never did this before, but now idk how to fix it.https://obsproject.com/logs/biiz56aIwB4ryLv4

I also want to point out that if something is already playing with audio before I hit record it wont record the mic while im recording and vice versa
