Question / Help OBS won't record in HD

No matter what, OBS will just not record in HD for me.
I tried so many stuff and I have a computer with i7 7700k and GTX 1080 if important.
Nothing will work out for me. Putting the settings in medium or high, it will just not be in a high quality.
I changed the output resolution to 1920x1080, But still, It's not HD.
I have 60 FPS in common FPS values and in base resolution it's also 1920x1080, As my screen.
The encoder is NVECH H.264
I tried rate control of CQP with 18 and profile both on high and medium.
Also tried the rate control of CBR with 50,000 and tried 40k and 30k too. Again, Profile was tried both on Medium and High.
Using Direct 3D 11 and tried both High and lower process.
In the scene itself I tried all the scales but then again, Nothing is in HD.
Please help me, I am trying for a few hours to change the settings to fit in HD but nothing will work.
Thank you!

That CPU isn't powerful enough to 1920x1080@60p.

Either use NVENC, or lower your output to 1280x720@30p

Well I guess that's why one should post a log that has an actual recording/stream attempt in it.

Try updating to 18.0.2
