Question / Help OBS won't record because of "unspecified error"

os_process_pipe_write for info structure failed

I've been going through the web since yesterday after i reinstalled my system but i can't find a proper answer/solution. I've attached screenshots of what my "ffmpeg-mux64.exe" file says when i open it. It's weird as hell because i was able to record without a problem just 2 days ago before i reinstaled my system. I also changed destination folder and it won't work.
And for some reason i can now set my audio bitrate to 320 but before format i could only set 192. I'm not normally recording but i was using it to test how my mic would sound on stream and i want this to work. Do anyone have a clue what to do?
I'm not sure if i should download thos dll files manually and put them somewhere because i've read that OBS should be self-sustaining when it comes to recording.

Try running https://obsproject.com/downloads/OBSDiag.zip - it will alert you if there are incorrect DLLs installed.

i had this too today when i hit stream it would not start the record side. i checked dll's all successful. i will do more digging tomorrow.

I've deleted everything related to OBS and reinstalled it. It works fine now.
I think that it might've been broken build from Streamlabs' OBS.Live because they include OBS in their installation. I downloaded "raw" OBS from here and after that the OBS.Live addon and it's ok. Problem solved i guess.
