Question / Help OBS Won't Recognize League of Legends (or any game)

I hadn't used OBS in a while. Before I would have to press F12 to make it stream LoL (in fullscreen mode) and worked fine. It's been a few months, so it had an update -updated it and all that jazz.

I wanted to start streaming again so I tested it out yesterday and everything worked fine. I was even able to get it to switch to show LoL (full-screened) automatically. I was able to get it to stream multiple games I tested out.

But when I went to stream today it won't even recognize the client. When going to properties on the game capture tab, select application, it usually has the option for LoL client, launcher, etc. Now it's not showing up (I've tried it both when in a game and when just in the client/launcher). It was only giving me the option to choose skype but once I closed that I had no option. I hadn't changed anything since last using it either, btw. So I tried to hotkey it to F12 again but even after hitting that it was a no show. When in game everything was just black. And when out of game either it'll just show my desktop or if I turn that off it'll just be all black again.

I saw a thing saying to delete and re-add the game capture so I tried that but then it wouldn't even let me add the game capture, it'd just freeze on the property screen that comes up after you name it. So then I tried to reset it like another person (diff form/older) advised but it was the same --couldn't add a game capture. Instead I restored my old set-up and restarted my computer. I was able to re-add a game capture after restarting but it still won't recognize any program/game (aka. where it says select application, the drop down menu is blank). And the hotkey option still doesn't work.

I've never had a problem running/streaming LoL whether in fullscreen or windowed. Also, all the other captures (i.e webcam, monitor, pictures) work fine. It's just the game capture properties that won't recognize any games even though it worked fine yesterday and I've changed nothing since then.
