OBS won't pick up on audio

I've been using OBS for awhile usually to make bad minecraft videos but it never picks up on game audio or any audio except for my microphone.
(sorry Im bad at phrasing my words but it wont pick up any audio game audio or desktop audio or I suppose those are the same thing? im not too sure)
Anyways I was wondering if someone knew how to fix this problem (most likely im just being dumb)

Heres one of those bad videos I was talking about if you watch it you can see the Minecraft Noises like the piston moving or me placing blocks doesnt record Im probably just being dumb about this but if you know the solution could you tell me? also heres a screen shot of my OBS
