OBS wont pick up microphone

Hello, my OBS wont pick up my mic no matter what i do. I change the settings for exclusive mode, i change the mics, nothing works. (i posted my log file here: https://obsproject.com/logs/CcOwOYtvqoYg0iCX)

What mic are you using and how do you have it plugged in? Are you sure it's working in windows? (as in, you get response in the Recording devices window)

I have my headset mic, which is plugged in via combo headphone jack. i test it, in the windows mic test, doesnt work.

I changed it, Windows detects, but OBS still refuses to work with it.

Windows settings -> privacy -> microphone. Check that "Allow apps to access your microphone" is enabled, and OBS is enabled in the apps list.

It is allowed. It just wont pick up.
